Majesty Design, LLC offers digital marketing services including but not limited to Facebook ads, CRM setup, funnel creation, and automation systems.

You may opt in to receive:
Transactional SMS (service updates, appointments)
Promotional SMS (sales, events, offers)
You may unsubscribe by replying STOP or OUT. Consent is not a condition of any service. Phone number entry is not mandatory. Separate checkboxes distinguish SMS message types.
3. SMS Compliance Requirements
To meet A2P 10DLC regulations:
SMS consent is collected using two independent checkboxes
Phone number fields are never required
Each form that collects phone numbers includes these compliance steps

Business losses due to service downtime
Third-party platform changes or outages
Unauthorized access or data misuse due to user negligence
Liability is limited to the amount paid in the last three months before the issue arose.

8. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Texas law. All disputes must be resolved in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas.
